Intec - the mobile phone repair centre - enjoyed record growth in a relatively new market, to become one of the UK's largest service providers, offering a specialist outsource service to independent retailers, handset manufactures and retail chains.

The brief from Intec was to create a new company brochure and exhibition banners as marketing support for their internal sales force, deliverables that communicated Intec's high quality, innovative approach and professional service, whilst inspiring potential customers to consider Intec a viable provider, in advance of a personal sales contact. For continued growth strategy it was decided to design to engage with the larger corporate and chains rather than Intec's traditional customer, the smaller independent.

We designed three alternative solutions and presented ideas for a one day photoshoot at Intec's North London facility. The selected design proposed the use of dramatically coloured lighting, unusual camera angles on traditional subject matter and close-in attention to detail that reflected the innovative yet professional values of the company.

The brochure was very well received by the sales team and proved effective at creating a positive first impression, opening doors to win new contracts and provided an excellent return on investment.
